Since 2020, Arvika Ljus! takes contemporary art out of its comfort zone and onto the streets, so that art can be for everyone.The exhibition introduces the annual Scandinavian darkness as the birthplace of light, by inviting the artists to use this darkness as material. Every year 6-8 artists, both international and local, build their installations with the help of local entrepreneurs and the community.
